The aim of the invention is to improve the quality of planting by pressing the seedlings and giving them the direction of disembarkation during the entire planting operation while simultaneously retracting, moving perpendicularly upwards from the landing point without interrupting the seedlings. Due to the fact that the wires 7 on the landing part of the chains 3 are directed to the ground, they keep the plant 8 in the landing position during the entire planting time. When the wire lines are raised relative to the plant 8, the latter is all supported on the ground, and the wires 7 support it along its entire length. Possible soil compaction around the plant roots can be started immediately after the plant has been installed on the planting base and can be carried out using, for example, compacting wheels 12. The frequency of throwing the plants 8 together with the speed of movement of the machine is determined a distance between plants that can be controlled continuously, In the proposed machines, the drive of the chains 3 can be carried out by, for example, a suitable transmission going from the sealing wheels 12 to the sprockets.
